What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 — with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow, so a single feature wall and a multi-site rollout are both welcome.
How long does an order take?
Your free mockup arrives within 24 hours, and finished signs ship in about 2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping).
Is this real glass neon?
No — it is flexible LED neon. It looks the same lit, but it runs cool to the touch, draws far less power, will not shatter, and ships flat instead of crated.
Will my logo work as a neon sign?
Most do. Hairline strokes and very small gaps are the real limits. Send whatever artwork you have and our designers rebuild it for neon free, then show you the lit mockup before you commit.
How do I hang it?
Every sign ships with standoff screws, a hanging chain and a wall template. Larger pieces come sectioned with alignment marks, and floor stands are available where fixings are not allowed.
What colors can I have?
Sixteen single tube colors, or full RGB with a remote if you want to change it. Warm white is the most-ordered by a wide margin.
How much power does it use?
Very little — these are low-voltage LEDs on a 12 V adapter that plugs into a normal outlet, rated past 50,000 hours of use.
Do I pay anything before I approve the design?
Nothing. Mockups and revisions are free and unlimited, and you only pay once you have approved the design you want built.
