Return Policy
Made-to-order signs, an approval-first process, and what happens if something is wrong.
Approval comes first
Every sign is built to a design you approved in writing, from a free mockup showing the artwork lit and at your chosen size. Nothing is built before you approve, and mockups and revisions are never charged.
Custom orders
Because every sign is made to your artwork and wall size, custom orders cannot be returned for a change of mind. Please check the mockup carefully — spelling, dates and dimensions especially — before approving.
If we got it wrong
If your sign does not match the approved mockup, arrives damaged, or fails, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will rebuild or repair it at no charge. Keep the carton and photograph it if there is shipping damage.
Signs are covered against component failure for 12 months of normal use.
Cancellations
Cancel at no cost any time before you approve the mockup. After approval it depends how far into fabrication the sign is — contact us immediately and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
